Celebrated for its strong, fragrant and spicy flavors, Thai cuisine stimulates the palate. It is a wonderful blend of sugary, sour, salty, and spicy tastes which make it distinct from other Southeast Asian cuisines. In Thailand, rice is the fundamental component of every meal and is essential to their cuisine. It is accompanied by an assortment of curries, broths, mixed dishes, and fresh dishes. Some of the most popular Thai dishes are Tom Yum soup and Pad Thai, Massaman curry, Tom Yum soup and Pad Kra Pao.

 

 

 

 

Pad Thai is a stir-fried rice noodle dish that is often served with chicken, tofu, or shrimp. It is cooked in a tamarind-based sauce, mixed with bean sprouts, peanuts, and scallions.
