Celebrated for its bold, fragrant and spicy flavors, Thai cuisine teases the palate. It is a wonderful blend of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy tastes that make it distinct from other Asian cuisines. Thai cuisine is recognized worldwide for its variety, as it provides an extensive variety of meals including starters to desserts.

 

 

 

 

In Thailand, rice is the fundamental component of each meal and is vital to their cuisine. It is accompanied by an assortment of curries, soups, stir-fries, and fresh dishes. A few of the favored Thai dishes are Pad Kra Pao and Tom Yum soup and Massaman curry, Pad Thai and Pad Kra Pao.

 

 

 

 

Pad Thai is a stir-fried rice noodle dish that is often served with shrimp, tofu, or chicken. It is cooked in a tamarind-based sauce, mixed with peanuts, bean sprouts, and scallions.

 

 

 

 

Massaman curry is a mild and creamy dish made using beef or chicken, peanuts,, and coconut milk. This curry possesses a unique flavor which originates from the addition of cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon. On the other hand, Pad Kra Pao is a fiery stir-fry dish prepared with chili peppers, basil leaves, and meat or seafood. It is often served alongside rice as well as an egg, fried .

 

 

 

 

Som Tum is a sour and spicy salad consisting of raw papaya that has been shredded, fresh tomatoes, green beans, and peanuts. To dress it, use a spicy and sour sauce made with juice from limes, a sauce made from fish, and chili peppers. Thai cuisine wouldn't be complete without desserts. Some of the most famous Thai desserts are Mango with Sticky Rice, Coconut Ice Cream, and the dessert known as Khanom Krok.
