Thai cuisine is renowned for its strong, fragrant and spicy flavors which tantalize the taste buds. Its distinct combination of sugary, tangy, savory, and spicy tastes distinguishes it from other Southeast Asian cuisines. Known globally for its variety, Thai cuisine offers an wide selection of meals, including appetizers to sweets.

 

 

 

 

In Thailand, rice is the fundamental component of every meal and is essential to their cuisine. It is accompanied by various dishes, soups, stir-fries, and salads. Several of the most popular Thai dishes are Som Tum and Tom Yum soup and Tom Yum soup, Som Tum, Tom Yum soup.

 

 

 

 

Pad Thai is a stir-fried rice noodle dish which is usually served with chicken, tofu, or shrimp. It is cooked in a tamarind-based sauce, mixed with scallions, bean sprouts, and peanuts.

 

 

 

 

Massaman curry can be described as a mild and creamy dish that is made with chicken or beef, potatoes peanuts,, as well as coconut milk. It possesses a unique flavor which originates due to the addition of cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves. Pad Kra Pao is known as a spicy stir-fry recipe made with chili peppers, basil leaves, and meat or seafood. This dish can be enjoyed with and a fried egg on top.

Some of the most famous Thai desserts include Mango Sticky Rice, Ice Cream made from Coconut, and Khanom Krok.

Lastly, Khanom Krok is a delicious snack prepared with flour from rice, coconut milk, and green onions. It is cooked in a traditional pan and served with a side of a sweet chili dipping sauce.
